Overview

Andrew Freeman founded Freeman Capital Management in August 2000 as a full-service asset management company serving Denver’s Northwest Corridor and the O’Hare Airport market in Chicago. Focused on providing top-of-the-line, Freeman quickly became associated with superior service and a grounded business outlook.

Freeman continues to seek out mismanaged assets and create value through local market expertise and focused asset management services.

Having tapped into the pulse of the local markets, Freeman Capital Management counts international companies such as Lockheed Martin, Benjamin West Corporation and Kelty as clients.

As the greater Boulder area has continued to grow at a frenetic pace in recent years, Freeman increasingly shifted its focus to the acquisition and development of new properties, while maintaining the core services it built its reputation on. Relying on the fundamentals that led to its previous successes, Freeman continues to seek out mismanaged assets and create value through local market expertise and focused asset management services.
